Warranty & Returns

·         If your item was damaged on arrival or was non functional within the 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.

·         Faulty items will be replaced within 14 working days.

·         Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchasers expense in both ways (sending and receiving).

·         We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received.


What if the part is not the right part?

If the part is not right, call us and we can discuss getting you the correct part.

What method of payment do you except?

We accept the following method of payments:

What happens with the information I give you?

All information is kept confidential and is not given out.

 

What happens if I do not receive my Order?

If you do not receive your order within 10 day (depending on where you live, call us and we can discuss it.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you choose Registered mail, you can track your order.

Orders over $50 are automatically sent via registered mail.
